In FCN we understand how interconnected the farm business and household are. We know from experience how important it is to talk to someone and not carry the strain on your own – a friend, a family member, or FCN if you prefer to talk to someone more removed from your situation.
FCN’s national helpline is totally confidential and can be called on 0845 367 9990 from 7am until 11pm every day of the year. At all other times an answer-phone service is available, and callers can leave their contact number and a suitable time for FCN to call them back. Alternatively, Samaritans may be called at any time of the day or night on 08457 90 90 90.
In Northern Ireland, callers can ring the FCN & NIAPA office on 028 8676 5700 (week days during office hours).
